The Brand

CafèNoir was born in Italy in 1992 and specializes in the production of footwear, clothing and leather accessories. It intends to position itself as a brand capable of anticipating the needs of a globalized and constantly evolving market.

OBJECTIVE

A 360° digital transformation

We have been supporting CafèNoir since 2013 with the aim of supporting the brand in a 360° digital growth process.

The collaboration began with the aim of transforming the website, initially informative, into an eCommerce capable of offering a satisfying shopping experience for the customer. Since then, in addition to providing technical assistance and offering UX consultancy on the online store, we support CafèNoir in the design of visual assets with the aim of effectively communicating promotions, special events and the launch of new collections through specific services, such as newsletters and digital adv. In 2022 we worked on the complete redesign of the eCommerce interface to facilitate navigation on the site, enhance the products and maximize conversions.

RESULTS

The results achieved

Through a careful research and analysis phase, we have managed to optimize the site pages in order to guarantee the user an easy, intuitive and better purchasing experience.
