The E-commerce Berlin Expo 2025 has just ended and we are thrilled to have participated in this amazing event! Two intense days, full of high-level insights, innovations and networking, which once again confirmed Berlin’s role as the beating heart of European e-commerce.
This year’s Expo exceeded all our expectations, with more than 12,000 attendees and nearly 300 exhibitors from across the DACH region and beyond. It was a unique chance to engage with leading industry players, discovering the latest trends and the most innovative solutions for e-commerce success.
Innovation and inspiration: a stage of stars.
We had the pleasure of attending presentations by great speakers such as IKEA, Google, TikTok, Microsoft and Amazon, who shared their strategies and visions on the future of e-commerce. Hot topics such as artificial intelligence, automation, platform scalability, privacy and personalization were at the center of the discussions, offering valuable insights for our consulting work.
Panels and Masterclasses: valuable insights
Panels ignited discussions on crucial topics such as AI in digital commerce, community management, the growth of the DTC, and the role of gaming and immersive technology in e-commerce.
On the other hand, masterclasses allowed us to delve into specific aspects such as selling in international marketplaces, optimizing email campaigns, and omnichannel strategies to increase customer lifetime value
